Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. This includes:
Ordering the wrong item, size, or colour
Deciding you no longer want the product
Finding the product cheaper elsewhere
Please make sure you review the product details carefully before placing your order.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
To help us assess the issue, please provide:

A clear description of the problem
Photo or video evidence showing the issue
Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:
A replacement item at no additional cost
A refund to your original payment method
Lost or Missing Orders

Returns
Due to the nature of our products being shipped directly from our suppliers, we do not accept physical returns in most cases.
In rare situations where a return is required, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
